A juniper-forward gin from Pomona Distilling Co in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, distilled London Dry vapour-infusion style from organic botanicals. Earthy juniper carries floral notes of lavender and coriander seed, lovely with Mediterranean tonic or soda and a sprig of rosemary.
