Distilled in copper alembics in Armenia, Oski draws on botanicals from the Armenian highlands — juniper, rare hand-picked wild thyme, rose hips and sweet apricot kernels. Based on grain-neutral spirit, it is an unfiltered dry gin finished with a handmade Armenian wooden stopper. Sweet apricot kernels lend a soft, marzipan-like nuttiness — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
