Native Gin
hunterdistillery.com.au Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Hunter Distillery's Native Gin builds a classic backbone of juniper and coriander before turning unmistakably Australian, weaving in finger lime, lilly pilly, Kakadu plum and cinnamon myrtle for a bright, native-fruited 40% pour. Best enjoyed with tonic and a twist of orange. Kakadu plum lends a tart, vitamin-rich citrus snap — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own gin.
