12 of the 14 botanicals which flavour Mataroa Pink gin are distilled with neutral spirit, then the distillate is infused with Greek pomegranate and Egyptian hibiscus which flavour this gin and impart a light pink hue. The 12 distilled botanicals: Juniper berries from Croatia, Chamomile from Cyprus, Tunisian coriander seeds, French angelica root, French lavender, Turkish liquorice, Italian orris root, Spanish bitter orange peel, Egyptian lemon peel, Morocain mandarin peel, Bay leaves from Syria, Greek Chios mastiha resin.
