Marylebone Gin is made in central London on the former site of the 18th-century Marylebone Pleasure Gardens, created by Johnny Neill of Whitley Neill and distilled with thirteen botanicals in a tiny pot still. The named botanicals include chamomile, grapefruit and lime flower. GinSchool tip: lime flower (linden) brings a honeyed, delicate floral note quite distinct from the fruit, a soft hero botanical for a gentler, perfumed gin. The full bill is not disclosed.
