Little Juniper's Signature is a certified-organic South Australian gin built from 21 botanicals gathered locally and from around the world, with no added sugar or flavourings. A hefty hit of juniper is accompanied by herbs, florals and fruits, distilled single-shot in a copper still with finer botanicals carried in the vapour path. Judges noted green, grassy aromatics of lime leaf, florals and anise over a herbal, creamy palate. Lime leaf brings a green, fragrant lift, a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
