Juniper 3 from The Antipodes Gin Co is an unashamedly dry gin built around juniper, with simple influences of coriander and native pepperberry for added complexity. Neat and sophisticated, but happy to mix. Native pepperberry is the one to play with when you make your own gin — it brings a slow-building Australian heat that classic peppercorns can't.
