Hunter Distillery's Jail House Gin is a twist on the Geneva style, dreamed up by Matthew and Paul after a talk on gin's origins. It folds lemon myrtle and Szechuan-style pepper into the bill for a lovely aroma of juniper and citrus, then spicy flavours fill the mouth, tempered by juniper and citrus into a well-balanced whole. Lovely neat or in a cucumber martini. That lemon myrtle brings a bright citrus-herb lift — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
