Headlands' Tidal Lines begins as their classic gin, then is infused with native Illawarra plum in French-oak ex-wine casks — an Australian take on sloe gin, named best Australian sloe gin at the 2023 World Gin Awards. Alongside the plum sit fresh juniper, rainforest lime, cinnamon and angelica. Illawarra plum brings a dark, native-fruit richness — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
