The Foxdenton Estate, after which this gin is named, is run by Nicholas Radclyffe - the descendent of a military family that first acquired the Foxdenton estate through marriage in 1367. Like so many others, Nick asked Charles Maxwell at the Thames Distillery to development a Foxdenton Gin. Experiments started with the basic botanicals of juniper, coriander, oris and angelica.
