Engine Gin
engine.land Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
An all-Italian gin from the Alta Langa region, vacuum-distilled from organic wheat spirit with five organic Italian botanicals. The recipe nods to Piedmont's lemon and sage rosolios, joined by juniper and Piedmont-grown damask rose petals for a soft, floral-citrus character. Fragrant and delicate, damask rose is a hero botanical to reach for when you want an elegant floral note in your own bill.
