Now distilled in the heart of Edinburgh at a purpose-built distillery, this gin is built on nine classic botanicals including juniper, coriander, citrus peel and orris root. The spirit is then macerated with juniper, milk thistle, pine and heather before being filtered and reduced to bottling strength. That whisper of heather lends a soft Scottish moorland note, a lovely hero botanical to make your own gin sing with place.
