Taylor & Smith's Dry Gin is a Hobart-made nod to a London Dry, built around four key botanicals: distillery-garden sage, abalone shell, Huon pine needles and red grapefruit, over a juniper base. The shell, gathered on family abalone dives, is dried and broken to add a slight salinity, while slow-growing Huon pine needles give pine notes distinct from juniper. Made in batches of 200. Huon pine needles are a striking, place-rooted hero to reach for when you build your own bill.
