Eden Mill's Hop Gin meets a core ingredient of beer with the distillery's gin, giving a zesty citrus and apricot aroma. Strong at 46% ABV, a balance of floral, coriander and light hops notes brings soft tropical fruit over an undercurrent of juniper, leaving a smooth, well-rounded finish with a crisp bitterness. Hops add a fresh, resinous bitterness — a brewer's botanical to experiment with in your own gin.
