A deep-purple gin from Beech Mountain Distillery, coloured naturally by butterfly pea flower and built as one of the drier, earthier styles in the range. Tasmanian mountain pepper, cardamom and Tahitian lime give it backbone, and a splash of citrus or tonic turns it a light lavender. Butterfly pea is a colour-changing showpiece — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
