Burleigh's Pink Edition was conceived by Jamie Baxter after a trip to Tokyo, layering four extra botanicals — Japanese cherry blossom, hibiscus, rose and pink grapefruit — over the 11 in the signature Burleigh's gin and its juniper core. The result is floral and softly fruity. Hibiscus brings both colour and a tart, cranberry-like lift — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
