Burleighs Gin

Burleigh's London Dry, launched in 2014, is distilled by master distiller Jamie Baxter with 11 botanicals including silver birch, dandelion, burdock, elderberry and iris — all inspired by his walks through the Burleigh Wood nature reserve beside the distillery, 45 West Distillers near Charnwood Forest in Leicestershire. With juniper at its heart, it tastes of its own back garden. Foraged dandelion and burdock give it a rooty, hedgerow depth — wild botanicals worth foraging for your own bill.
