Bombay Sapphire Murcian Lemon
bombaysapphire.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Named for the citrus groves of Spain's Murcia region, this Bombay Sapphire expression centres on hand-picked, hand-peeled Fino lemons. The peels are cut in long strips, sun-dried, then vapour-infused alongside juniper, mandarin peel and sweet navel orange peel. Bright, zesty and built for sunshine. Navel orange peel adds rounded, sweet citrus — a generous note to layer in when you make your own gin.
