Bols Genever Original

Bols Genever Original is built on a whisky-like triple-grain distillate of corn, wheat and rye — the Dutch call it maltwine — making up over half the blend. To that they marry a juniper berry distillate and a separate botanical run of coriander, caraway and aniseed. Launched in 2008, it almost single-handedly revived the genever export market. Caraway brings a warm, bread-like spice — a distinctive note to lean on when you make your own gin.
