Distilled on the Scottish mainland with hand-harvested Shetland botanicals, this vintage edition varies slightly year to year and is bottled at a bold 60% — a nod to Shetland sitting at 60 degrees north. The Shetland botanicals include coriander, wild water mint, angelica root and meadowsweet flowers, all built on juniper. That wild water mint brings a cool, green freshness — one to reach for when you build your own bill.
