Coppertop Distillery's Barrel Aged Gin is built on their Signature Dry Gin, then patiently aged in the finest ex-bourbon barrels until it takes on a velvety smoothness and deep amber hue. Time draws out strong hints of cinnamon and nutmeg, with a soft smokiness from the oak and a long, smooth finish. A refined bridge between gin and whisky. That barrel-drawn cinnamon is a warming hero note to lean on when you build your own bill.
