7K Distillery's World's Hottest Gin is not for the faint-hearted — a juniper-heavy gin at a fearsome 66.6% ABV, post-blended with Carolina reaper chilli, the hottest natural chilli on earth, and bottled with a whole reaper left inside to keep soaking. Once you've ridden out the searing heat you'll find the reaper's sweet notes and Australian orange peel. The defining juniper holds firm beneath it all — proof that even at full heat, juniper is the backbone of every gin you build.
