Wilderer Fynbos Gin
wilderer.co.za Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Wilderer's Cape Gin draws on the fynbos, the natural shrubland of South Africa's Western and Eastern Cape, for a distinctly regional botanical selection. Wild dagga, honeybush, buchu and devil's claw join the juniper for an earthy, herbal character rooted in place. That aromatic buchu brings a blackcurrant-like herbal lift — a hero to reach for when you build your own gin.
