A sunset-coloured gin from Western Queensland Spirit, created by month-long steeping of blood orange, ruby grapefruit and lilly pilly. The underlying gin's sweetness is balanced by caramelised notes and the earthiness of citrus peel — best with soda and ice as the sun sets over the open plains. GinSchool discovery: native lilly pilly brings a tart, cranberry-like fruitiness — a great bush botanical to add a pink-fruit lift to your own gin.
