The Broadside is West Winds' navy-strength expression, bottled at a bracing 58% and flavoured with native Australian botanicals. Coastal character runs through it via sea parsley, fragrant lemon verbena and even Margaret River seawater, all carried on a firm juniper base. That splash of Margaret River seawater lends a briny, oceanic edge — a hero to reach for when you build your own coastal gin.
