Unashamedly new-world in style, Cutlass is distilled in Western Australia by West Winds using traditional gin botanicals alongside ones that are distinctly Australian. Chief among them is kutjera, a native variety of bush tomato that brings a savoury, sun-dried depth over the juniper spine. That native bush tomato is a hero worth reaching for when you build your own bill.
