A Margaret River collaboration, Billy Stitch's Tuckshop Garden Gin forages native ingredients straight from a chef's working garden. Geraldton wax, yuzu, native thyme and lemon thyme — all found year-round on the seafood plates at Tuck Shop — make an earthy, zesty roller coaster of flavour from back yard to glass.
