Ten London Gin
Ten Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Created in May 2013 to mark ten years of Renaissance Pubs, Ten London Gin is steeped and distilled from 13 botanicals — including lime flower and cinnamon alongside juniper and other classic ingredients — at Thames Distillery in Clapham, fittingly in the South London home of the pubs it celebrates. GinSchool discovery: lime flower (linden) gives a soft, honeyed, faintly green floral note quite distinct from lime fruit — a gentle, elegant botanical to layer into your own gin.
