78 Degrees Sunset Gin is a small-batch gin built on grape spirit and vapour-distilled through the distillery's column-and-basket method to keep its flavours delicate. The botanical profile of strawberry gum, bush apple, juniper and rosella gives notes of fresh red berries with subtle hints of pine and eucalyptus. Native strawberry gum carries a sweet, berry-like aroma — a beautiful Australian botanical to explore when you make your own gin.
