Red Runes Shiraz Gin
teusner.com.au Botanical bill reviewed & confirmed by distillery
Teusner's Red Runes is a bold Barossa spirit that starts on a classic base of Macedonian juniper and South Australian botanicals, then steeps for weeks in Western Ridge Barossa Shiraz. Rich ripe fruit meets lifted citrus, chamomile, lavender and a dusting of spice, pouring deep ruby with a violet edge and a nose of choc-dipped raspberries and orange zest. Steeping in Shiraz is the move here — a winemaker's trick for colour and plush dark-berry depth in your own gin.
