A pink gin from Pomona Distilling Co in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, distilled London Dry vapour-infusion style, striking a balance of fruit and spice. Organic juniper is infused with the aromatic brightness of grapefruit and a gentle lift of white pepper, lovely with Mediterranean tonic, strawberry and peppercorns. GinSchool discovery: white pepper is the same berry as black, just with the dark skin removed — it brings warmth without the sharp bite, a subtler spice for your own bill.
