Plateau Gin
Plateau Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Produced at a family-owned distillery in Järvsö, Sweden by Jonas Larsson, to a recipe by Tonny Svensson, Plateau leans on the unexpected. It's distilled with cactus and coffee alongside the more familiar juniper, citrus and liquorice. The result is a gin that wears its curiosity proudly. That left-field cactus is a hero botanical to experiment with when you make your own gin.
