This delicately smooth gin from 36 Short is enhanced with a distinctive floral and rhubarb bouquet over a backbone of juniper, finishing crisp and refreshing on the palate. The distillery suggests a G&T garnished with a cinnamon quill and a slice of apple or pear. Bottled at 45% ABV. That tang of rhubarb brings a bright, garden-fresh acidity — one to reach for when you build your own bill.
