Launched in 2013, Opihr is a London Dry inspired by the ancient spice route, named for Ophir, the biblical port renowned for its wealth. Its botanicals trace that journey — cubeb berries from Indonesia, black pepper from India and coriander from Morocco, around the essential juniper. Peppery cubeb berries give Opihr its exotic, warming bite — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
