Their Sub-urban Barrel Aged Gin meets real maple syrup, Australian bitters and fragrant bergamot orange zest, balancing warmth, sweetness and citrusy lift. The gentle toastiness of the aged gin plays off maple's depth at 26% ABV. Bergamot brings the floral brightness of Earl Grey tea — a hero botanical to reach for when you build your own bill.
