A distilled fruit cocktail built on the grain-to-glass Hills & Harbour gin base. Each batch uses a wheelbarrow of fresh fruit, hand-smoked, torched, macerated, pressed and distilled — 100% distilled fruit, no artificial nonsense — for big orange and pineapple flavours over a juniper backbone. 70cl at 40% ABV. Smoked pineapple lends a charred, tropical sweetness — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
