Hayman's Vibrant Citrus Gin

Originally called Hayman's Exotic Citrus, this citrus gin is based on the house ten-botanical London Dry recipe, distilled with added sun-dried fruit peels for a vivid citrus lift. The added peels are mandarin, pomelo, kumquat and Persian lime, sitting over the classic juniper base.
The mix of kumquat and Persian lime gives a sweeter-then-sharper citrus arc — a pairing worth trying when you build your own bill.
