Hausberg Gin No.2 is a dry gin free of added sugar and artificial flavours, built on juniper mostly sourced from Provence and lifted with sea buckthorn and mandarin. Each botanical is distilled separately at its peak season across the year, then married together. Tart, vivid sea buckthorn is the one to explore — its bright, almost tropical acidity is a striking way to make your own citrus-and-berry bill sing.
