Named for distillers Sion Edwards and Tom Warner and the family farm where it's made, Harrington is built on neutral barley spirit redistilled with eleven botanicals. Juniper, coriander and cardamom lead, with elderflower grown on the distillers' own farm, and every bottle is hand-bottled, wax-sealed and labelled on site. Farm-grown elderflower is the charmer — delicate, honeyed blossom that brings a fresh florality worth chasing in your own bill.
