Produced by two brothers in small batches, with each of the thirteen botanicals individually infused in organic wheat spirit then cold-distilled at low pressure on two rotary evaporators named 'Roberta' and 'Aretha'. The vapours are condensed at -8°C, rested, then blended; every bottle is hand-numbered and signed. The painstaking single-botanical method is the real lesson here — distil each element to its best, then blend, and your own gin gains a clarity you can't get any other way.
