Greenock Estate's Red Label is a Barossa navy-strength gin at 52%, full-bodied and flavoursome with black olive, bergamot and orange peel and fragrant spices, with little heat and a clean finish. Rested two to three months in French barrels that held the estate's 100-year-old-vine shiraz, it draws mulberry, plum and spiced-fruit-cake notes and a rich ruby hue. Bergamot lends a fragrant, floral citrus lift — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
