Green Room Gin
greenroomdistillery.com Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
A traditional London Dry built on fourteen botanicals, Green Room leans into citrus — dried orange peel, fresh lime and pink grapefruit over a firm juniper base. Grains of paradise, cloves and cinnamon add a theatrical spice warmth, and the distillery donates £1 per bottle to Backup, the technical entertainment charity. Pink grapefruit is the one to play with — tart and faintly bitter, it gives a citrus bill real depth.
