Distilled on the Glenrinnes Estate in Speyside, this organic gin is redistilled with eleven botanicals and the estate's own spring water. Alongside generous juniper sit lemon peel, lime peel, estate-grown cowberries, wood sorrel and sheep sorrel for a clean, citrus-bright character. Tart and green, wood sorrel is a hero botanical to reach for when you want a foraged, herbaceous lift in your own bill.
