Eden Mill's original gin, made in St Andrews as the distillery's take on a classic London Dry. Its signature sea buckthorn berries grow within walking distance of the distillery in Fife, joined by juniper, lemon balm and citrus peel for a tart, coastal brightness. Tangy and almost apricot-like, sea buckthorn is a striking hero botanical if you want a wild, fruity edge when you build your own bill.
