Downslope Ould Tom Gin
Downslope Ould Tom Reviewed by Gin School; distillery has not claimed entry
Downslope's Ould Tom Gin is a faithful nod to the late-1800s style, built on a base distilled from fermented Maui cane juice — pot-distilled, then twice through a column still. Its botanicals include juniper, Vietnamese cinnamon and star anise, giving a warm, spiced, old-world character. That fragrant Vietnamese cinnamon is a hero botanical to reach for when you want your own gin to taste of warmth and history.
