North Uist Distillery's Downpour Sloe & Bramble is a cask-aged gin at 31% ABV. Sloe berries and Uist bramble are added to the distillery's Downpour Scottish Dry Gin — built on juniper — then aged in bourbon casks for a complex, rich, fruity character. Sloe brings a tart, plummy hedgerow sweetness — a hero to steep into your own gin.
