Fossey's Darling Harvest Gin is a blood orange and mandarin gin from their Mildura distillery, with every dollar of profit going to the Mildura Community Water Bank. The biodynamic fluorescent mandarin and deep burgundy blood orange are peeled, cut and squeezed for a juicy spirit that's the bittersweet taste of the Murray Darling. Bottled at 40%.
