First distilled in 1793 at the Watercourse Distillery and made in Cork ever since, Cork Dry Gin moved to Midleton Distillery in County Cork in 1867. Now a compounded gin, it draws on botanicals such as juniper berries, angelica root and citrus fruits, historically sourced through Cork's thriving international port.
