Noble Bootleggers' Cherry Gin is a ruby-red drop with distinctive aromas of glace cherry and dark chocolate alongside hints of Turkish delight. Sweet yet fresh and medium-bodied, it carries juicy tart cherry and blackberry flavours through the finish, balanced by classic juniper. The fruit comes from Blackwood Orchard in Harcourt, Victoria. Cherry lends jammy depth and colour at once — a fruit worth steeping when you make your own gin. 40%, 500ml.
