Brentingby Pink Gin takes the classic Brentingby recipe — already carrying rosehip and elderflower — and distils it with added rooibos and baobab, then steeps it in hibiscus for flavour and a delicate pink hue. The result is soft, fruity and floral, anchored by juniper. Baobab brings a bright, tangy African fruitiness — a hero botanical to make your own gin sing.
